Janice Manaligod

Hi I am Janice Asuncion Manaligod, I am 35 years old, I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce Major in Computer Science, I graduated year 2002, My first Job is an Internet Cafe Attendant, wherein my duties and responsibilities includes assisting customers in their needs particularly about internet browsing, encoding and printing document, I worked in this industry for almost 6 years. Then 2011 When i landed a job in a Call Center Industry wherein my main responsibility is to call customers, this is an Outbound Call Center Company wherein we call customers, its more on Appointment setting. We call recruit and discuss with them the opportunity a certain company in offering, answers questions and queries they have then booked them for an appointment to attend such a career briefing for a possible opportunity. I am still in this industry for almost 7 years now. What i like about this career is that, it gives me the satisfaction of being able to help customers, being able to meet the quota that we have in the office, this career that I have teaches me of professionalism, living to the tagline "Customer Service at its Best", i can say i am Enthusiastic, outgoing, i enjoy talking to customers, although we are given scripts I am still able to manage answering questions from recruit that is out of the scripts that we have. With regards to my interests, I like browsing the internet, reading articles that would help me enhance my career, I enjoy as well talking to kids, since we have our Community Service quarterly if not once a month, wherein we go to schools and teach students about enhancing their English Grammar or Vocabulary, we also have a feeding program after teaching the students and giving activities that will enhance their skills in communicating with others as well as to enhance their social skills like being able to be flexible and adaptable to different personalities of each and every person they meet. My heart belong to kids because I myself is a Mother of an Adorable baby Boy. I am single Mother by the way. This is also one of the reason why I am applying to a job( part time preferably) for me to be able to support and provide my son's needs and also preparing for his future is one of my goal. Aside from taking care of my son if I have a chance, I also love travelling, especially in our province because it is where my son lives, he stays with my parents. In addition to my interests in travelling, I wanna go to places with historical Churches. I enjoy hanging out and eating out with my friends during my rest days as well. If given the chance to get hired, i will promise to do my very best, give 100 if not 200% of my skills and effort to get the job done. I believe i can be a fit to one of your position because I am professional, I've been a great team player, I am a fast learner, I am an adaptable person, I am able to adjust my approach to meet customers needs and I believe my strongest trait is I have the right combination of skills and experience not only in customer service but also in Administrative field, wherein i pay great attention to detail which is needed to a position.
