Customer satisfaction is my passion, I always strive to please my clients and their customers. I understand that it is important for my clients that quality customer service is being provided to boost their business, so I have equipped myself with the following skills; fluent English speaking and writing, patience, active listening, reducing customer effort and finding effective resolutions.

I have five years of experience working in the customer service field, mainly in contact centers. I have worked for a health insurance company (Cigna) the pharmacy department and also an Electric company as well (Ambit energy) billing, payment, and general inquiries. 

Over the years of working in the customer service field, my job specification would include meeting and greeting customers over the phone, providing accurate information as it regards to policies and benefits offered, a few sales as we are required to upsell products to customers. Also, utilize the chat and email feature to answer clients' and customers' queries, so my writing skills are impeccable.

With regards to working I communicate regularly with clients to keep them updated with what I'm currently doing for a given task. I'm able to work at any given time so I'm very flexible. I love learning new things, and I'm willing to undergoing training if need as I strive to become a valuable asset in your company.
