Hello! My name is Janette Binondo. I am a Business Administration graduate major in Human Resource Development management. I have been working in the Customer Service industry for almost four years now. I started my career as a Customer Support Agent at a BPO company where I handled inbound calls from US-based clients. As a call center agent, I was able to develop my communication and problem-solving skills. After that, I have worked as a Records Assistant at a local Utility company.
