I have been an Ecommerce Virtual Assistant for the past 3 years. I have clients using Shopify, eBay, and Amazon platforms. 

My daily responsibilities are managing the stores, handling customer service via chat/phone/emails, social media management, process management, taking care of appeals/ cases, processing replacements/refunds, creating discounts or gift certificates, managing stocks, product listing, being in constant communication with suppliers, training newly hired employees, doing keyword research, doing review analysis, monitoring conversion of products, uploading images/ videos and newly launched products.

I also worked as a Logistic Specialist for an Australian account handling customer service - basically providing customers with updates on their package, assisting customers with any issues with their packages and I also served as a point of contact for our shipping partners. I also have exemplary work attitude which made my clients and colleagues happy and satisfied.
