I have worked for the BPO industry for 6 years and worked as a Virtual Assistant/ Administrator for an Australian Construction Company. The job includes posting ads for the company, calling the leads, setting up an appointment for a one on one interview, database input for the newly hired, setting up job for them, calling them in the morning to check if they are on their way to work, sending their payslips thru MYOB and sending reports.
