Jan Michael Ong

I have 4 years experience in Business Process Outsourcing, specializing in sales reservation and customer support. I have 2 years experience in Utilization Management Nursing working for a healthcare insurance company; facilitating clinical reviews by communicating with Case Managers, doing research and asking for additional information .  I know how to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point applications.

Having worked in an environment that requires a strong skill set and critical thinking, I am confident that I can apply my experiences and transition here to finish all tasks given to me by my clients. I am keen to details, goal oriented and self motivated. I make sure that integrity, accuracy and reliability are my priorities when executing tasks and I ask my clients if there are some clarifications on my work. I have a penchant for learning new things and I am looking forward to working with my clients to complete my job in a timely manner. 

 I'm planning to do part time or full time jobs as a Virtual Assistant or a Data Entry Specialist.
