My work motto is "do things right the first time even if it takes extra effort or time." What it means for me is do everything right even if it is hard, do not take any shortcuts because once you get the process it will be easier the next time around. I'm confident regarding my reliability as I always make sure to be on time. As I'm used to it with my previous BPO jobs, I always make sure that I am 20-15 minutes early so that I can read the updates given by the clients so that if ever the customers asked a new inquiry regarding new promotions, I can explain them the details to avoid confusion. I'm also amenable on shifting schedules and meet deadlines with the task that is provided to me. If ever you will hire me, it will be a great showcase of my skills that I've learned from my past experience and it will be a good platform for me to learn new things and build my character to be the Support Agent you are looking for.
