I am currently working as Quality Control Analyst for a BPO company supporting healthcare and billing which is based in the USA. I currently conduct coaching and feedback to agents to support them in improving and ensuring their consistency of their performance and the progress of the organization we are supporting. I have also been a Customer Service Specialist supporting several companies since 2011 and has expanded my knowledge in handling different types of customers and even refined my skills in providing customer satisfaction. I have been with an online marketplace catering services to both buyer and seller assisting them with purchasing, shipping and post receipt of their products (i.e. refunds, returns, and replacements) upholding the company’s policies and providing excellent customer service.
