I am experienced eCommerce Virtual Assistant with over 5 years of online selling experience. I support online businesses to run smoothly by carrying out routine activities like listing products, customer service, and order processing. I am familiar with platforms like Amazon, eBay, Shopee, and Rithum (formerly ChannelAdvisor), and I prefer to carry out most of the activities of an online business.

Product listing is part of my primary responsibilities. I upload new products, create short descriptions, enter prices, and ensure images appear well. I also verify stocks to ensure the quantities are accurate and up to date, so no issues are reselling out-of-stock products.

I handle customer inquiries on a daily basis, resolve complaints, and give order updates. Where returns or refunds are involved, I handle them in a professional and polite manner. I always try to deliver quality service to make customers happy and come back for repeat buyers.

I also offer shipping and order tracking support. I ensure timely ordering, track couriers, and resolve any delivery problems. I monitor the seller's performance and attempt to resolve small problems before they turn into large ones.I am used to using tools like Rithum to manage products on different platforms where they are being offered. I also use Excel or Google Sheets to track orders, product information, and other information.

Each day, I scroll through listings, update items, respond to messages, and make sure everything is going well. I'm a perfectionist, I'm precise, and I can identify issues before they arise. I like to work alone and am good at getting work done on schedule. If I see an area for improvement, I speak up. I am always looking for ways to make things better—like streamlining something so I can get it done quicker or stopping a mistake before it becomes an issue. I can also learn new tools and systems easily if needed.

In general, I assist online business owners with behind-the-scenes work on a daily basis. This frees them to focus on developing their store, and I will handle the rest. I am more than content to get things done right and see the business thrive.
