Having worked with 4 different organizations officially and several years of experience from home and family businesses, I can say that I am an asset to any hiring organization. I have good Customer Relations and am efficient even under pressure. I am skilled at giving excellent Reports and documentation. My skill at managing people started from taking care of and managing my siblings (3) at a young age to managing my mother's store to owning a business store myself with 2 full term employees and 6 freelance seamstresses. I also have a great communication skill with both staff and customers.

I am technically skilled in the use of Microsoft Office tools ( Excel, Word, PowerPoint), the use of Canva, Google Workspace, Zoom, HubSpot, Loom, Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Calendly, Monday.com, Salesforce, Zoho, and Pipedrive. I work excellently under little or no supervision and also work with a team for excellent results.
