I am very familiar with Zendesk since it is our main tool in handling our customer's concerns and we are using a separate tool for phone calls. Throughout the years if my experience as a Customer Service Representative, I was able to discover some skills that are needed and very helpful in the industry. Examples are: people management, customer first, empathy, critical thinking, patience and positive attitude towards work and other people. I am willing to learn more and I know that I would be able to use my skills in my everyday life.
