I have more than four (4) years of email support experience for a US-based financial company and my main responsibility was to provide email assistance for customers inquiring on their online account's set up, confirmation, modification, function as well as closure.

I also have a short exposure on leading an 18-man team of data entry associates for an Australian branch of government. The task was to ensure the encoders transpose information from scanned registered birth, death and marriage certificates accurately and efficiently into a system with a long term intent to create electronic copies of the said documents and automate the process of creating, requesting and acquiring such for the citizens of Australia.

Recently, I accumulated almost eight (8) years in the Human Resource and Admin business with experience on all facets from hiring to firing including timekeeping and payroll. Taking on responsibilities such as:
