I have always worked in a customer service environment and I love helping people with their issues or simple queries using my skills and knowledge gained from years of experience. I am open-minded, love to be a part of a team but I also pride myself in working with minimal supervision. I am always eager to learn new skill set. If I miss a question, I make sure I research on it and get back to you with an answer. I am flexible and adapt to changes easily. I am goal-oriented, driven and focused. I make sure I do things in the most efficient way possible without compromising quality. I can be a humble leader or a great follower. I have my own methods but I also see to it that I collaborate with others and meet halfway if it will increase productivity and will show better results.
