In Ericsson I was leading a group of developers internally based in ERICSSON Canada to develop Customer Support Tools Portfolio, successfully delivered Agile based Windows, Android & iOS reporting tools after conceptualization. Earlier was positioned at various R&D divisions of ZTE Corporation China.
