Hi my name is Jairo Gavino and I have worked as a Project manager for 2 years and have had experience as a Team Manager in a Corporate setting for around 5 years.  I excel at communication, documentation, and risk management. I'm eager and I'm a results driven individual who does not compromise the process and makes sure that the timeline is set and met while keeping everybody involved and maintaining a harmonious relationship across different people and departments.
