I believe that the skills I've gained over the years in different roles working in customer service and sales will allow me to provide excellent service to your customers. Over time i have developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills as I have been a supervisor, quality analyst, and real-time analyst in workforce management. 

I have been in industries ranging from food service, application management, claims processing, and Sales both B2B and B2C and i've done these all from a remote environment.

Self-motivation is very important, even more so in a remote environment where there is no one in front of you compelling you to do your job, I believe this quality of mine will allow me to excel in the role. I look forward to working with you.
