I'm 24 years old. Graduated at Bukidnon State University where I took up Bachelor in Elementary Education.
I worked as a Customer Service Representative for almost 3 years already. I was once an Online Teacher, where I taught English to Chinese Students. I was a Taxi Dispatch CSR for 1 Year. I also became a Transaction Processing CSR for 2 years and 6 months where we respond to customers via emails, chat, and most especially via call. I am skilled to navigate tools such as, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zendesk, Agyle/PlayVox, and is still learning to navigate Excel. I'm capable of communicating verbally and in writing. I'm also confident on doing assistant jobs as that what I aspired to do. Processing refunds and financial-related matters is a job I can do. I also provide strategies, concepts, plans, and ideas accordingly especially if needed. I'm most confident on planning, managing schedules, writing meetings, and submitting task/s before the deadline. I love reducing workloads for my clients and customers. Multi-tasking, attention to details, fast learner, and willingness to learn are my strengths.
