I have over 15 years of professional experience in the Customer Service industry. Throughout my career, I have developed strong expertise in customer relations, problem-solving, and process improvement while working with diverse clients and industries.
I began my career as a Customer Service Representative for a local telecommunications account in the Philippines and later transitioned to an international telecommunications account for a U.S.-based client. After that, I joined the travel industry as a General Reservation Agent, where I handled various responsibilities including ticketing and web support for an airline account.
Then I worked in collections, managing customer payments for monthly telephone plans. My dedication and performance led to my promotion to Escalation Agent, then Subject Matter Expert (SME), and eventually Quality Analyst. I spent five successful years in this company before pursuing opportunities abroad.
Overseas, I handled financial accounts as a Payment Processor, which I consider one of the most challenging yet rewarding roles in my career. I advanced through several positions such as Risk Analyst, Underwriter, KYC Analyst, and Fraud Analyst. Afterward, I returned to the airline industry as a Customer Service Representative for Concentrix Malaysia, supporting an airline campaign for one year.
In addition to my corporate experience, I have been working in the Virtual Assistant (VA) field for the past four years. I began as a Cold Caller in real estate, later became a Cold Calling Manager, and then transitioned to an Appointment Setter for Medicaid services, assisting senior healthcare representatives in scheduling client meetings. I have also worked in pet reservation services, home cleaning sales, and as a Customer Service Representative for passport, visa, and ESTA applications.
