As an Amazon Merchandise Planner, my role involves developing and implementing merchandise plans that generate profitable sales and meet inventory demands. This requires collaborating with various teams, including buying, marketing, and operations, to forecast demand, optimize pricing and promotions, and manage inventory to achieve sales and profit targets.
My strengths include the ability to develop and execute merchandise strategies based on customer preferences and market trends, monitor inventory levels and forecast demand, analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities, collaborate on pricing and promotion strategies to maximize profitability, monitor key performance indicators, maintain vendor relationships, and stay informed on industry trends.
In addition to my role as an Amazon Merchandise Planner, I also have 6 years of experience managing Customer Service and Technical Support teams in the largest BPOs in the Philippines. In this role, I was responsible for managing teams, ensuring customer satisfaction, analyzing performance data, collaborating with other teams, staying up-to-date with new technologies, handling escalations, and managing administrative tasks.
