I am analytical, detail-oriented and put forward critical thinking. I have been at both front office and back office level which contribute to develop and enhance my skills continuously how to interact with customer face to face and also by means of Phone, Emails, ticketing and instant messenger applications in different scenarios/settings. A back office agent/officer need to be multi-skills that is handling several queries at the same time, chats, log issue, ticketing at the same time answering inbound and outbound calls. Must propose a rational solution to customer promptly and to know when and how to escalate complex issue to a higher level as much details as possible provided in order to resolve the problem in a short delay and at the end of the day which lead to personal and customer satisfaction.
