I worked for eBay directly for almost 5 years.I have handled different departments such as Selling,Buying,Returns,Disputes ad Paypal Claims.

I am also one of the pilot agents when Mediation Department was launched and became one of the top 5 agents in our company.

Pretty much I handled my job very well since my passion is to listen and understand clients predicaments especially if other agents are having hard time dealing with customers.

  I got hired by AT&T and worked for them for a year before I got transferred to CenturyLink and done a couple of Technical Support.

  I also have experience in dropshipping both for eBay and Amazon for more than 3 years where I was a supporting team leader and catered for email and phone support apart from searching for profitable items, listing, order processing and dispatching.
