Customer Service has been always and my greatest attribute. Not only that, being punctual, disciplined, and a good teamplayer is also I must and needs to be observed. I have been working as a Customer Service Representative at Sitel for more than a year, and during that time, I've developed impeccable phone manners and ability to politely deal with different customers. I accustomed to working on multiple projects simultaneously, and can offer new ideas to help your company grow and surpass all goals and objectives.

Duties at my previous company included making 60 cold calls a day with a blended chat support to businesses and private individuals in order to solicit sales for good and services. I am passionate in giving the utmost care for details, figures, and situations which keep me highly motivated about doing the best work. And apart from having a good academic background, I’m also very flexible, and quick to learn whatever job availability there is, from being a Customer Service person to being chat representative, I was able to deliver efficiently and effectively and even sky rocket at exceptional results.

So, having these combined skills, successfully geared me to become a good performer when I worked as a chat support at Sitel. And if there is also one good valuable trait that I’m proud to have, it’s integrity, doing things that I should be doing even if no opne else or no one is watching. That alone makes me confident enough that I’m reliable and I have the goo working attitude to take on whatever projects assigned to me.
