I have been in the call center industry for almost 10 years now, providing customer service and technical support over the phone, through email and live chat to U.S,Canada and Australian customers.

I was first trained in Xerox one of the most popular call center in the world and served as Customer Service representative for 2 years. Then I worked in Stream Global Services and Convergys for almost 5 years as a Customer representative, Technical Support and Sales Agent.

Then I was given a great opportunity to work in Barcelo Resort Group in the Vacation Club as a marketing supervisor and sales support agent for 2 years.

I have also done Translating in English, French and Spanish for several companies.

I can provide e-mail, ticket and phone support and sales and will do everything I can to delight and satisfy your customers. Throughout the years of my experience in the call center business, I have managed to hone skills that are very close to my personality and that I consider essential to quality customer service, such as patience, attentiveness, clarity, positive attitude, time management, empathy, calmness, promptitude and persuasiveness. I am always willing to learn and will fully familiarize myself with the product in order to provide the best possible support to customers.
