For any business to grow good customer relationship is key. How do you achieve good business-client relations? Well I can help with that. I have a vast experience serving customers through carrying out product survey before and after product launch. Ensuring proper escalation of issues raised by the customer through the proper channels of communication.

I help in proper documentation of the customers' data through CRM software. This makes it easy to know the last communication with the customer and what was agreed on. Through my years when working on-site I have managed to carry out induction/ mentor new employees with regard to customer service responsibilities.

During my free time, I do engage in environmental conservation activities. Through this, I have learned more about myself and how much I love being a team player. Though called upon, I do take the leading step to ensure the work is done and done to customer satisfaction.
