I am good at handling customer complaints i always feel fulfilled when a customer is happy. At that i invest myself in making sure the customer is getting the best service.Its important to maintain customer relationship because the market out there is looking for customers so im also good at maintaining customer relationships to ensure growth of the company. Customers are tricky if you loose 1 you lose more if you get one you will get more so. As a customer service oriented person i make sure the customer is treated as royalty to make sure they stay i follow up on their queries make sure they are satisfied.
