I've been a Customer Service Representative for more than 3 years in a BPO company. I handle inbound calls and documents them in our database. Right now, I work as a Virtual Assistant. I answer email inquiries and process requests like billing,cancellation and change of orders. I know how to work with Cratejoy and Shopify, although I am far from being an expert at it. I am dedicated to my work and can work with less supervision. I want a stable job where both me and my employer can grow together.
