I'm a graduate of a degree of Bachelor of Science in Information and Communication Technology. I worked for more than 3 years as a Technical Support Representative with an experience of handling different versions of Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems and we catered services to both home and business users, in which I was awarded as a top agent for several months.

With my experience, I can assure clients that I am very much knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications and Windows Operating Systems. I can help clients with their Microsoft Office projects and data analysis using functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel. 

I am very knowledgeable of using remote access tools. I am also good in using windows accessibility tools and fluent in English both written and verbal. I can do multitasking, my typing skills is 40 WPM. I bring energy, commitment and expertise to the job everyday.
