I started working as a customer service representative since 2013 and serve 4 different clients through business process outsourcing companies. My first job was a billing and disputes and claims specialist for PayPal wherein I helped buyers and sellers who made transactions on eBay, Craigslist, Amazon, Etsy and other online shops in North America particularly in buyer protection, refunds, funds availability and disputes. After 2 years, I decided to transfer to a different company which supports Sprint. I became a telesales agent for postpaid, helped customers in getting a new service and plan upgrades. June 2016, I worked for another client as an escalation specialist. It's Dodo, an Australian internet service provider. My role was to explain customer's bill, provide valid credits or adjustments, plan change.

Working in the BPO industry for four years helped me to build confidence and taught me the importance of customer loyalty. I gained different skills. I became an adaptable person. I worked for a lot of different managers and each of them have very different management styles and expectations of me. I am able to adjust my approach to meet each of their needs. I am also an energetic person and a great communicator. I am punctual, dependable and can be counted upon to finish what I start.
