1. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, I will make sure that I know the
product that I will offer so I would be able to persuade the customer and able to rebut
if the customers decline. It is also important to know the needs of the customer by asking
open ended questions that way we would know exactly what specific products we can
provide.
2. As a Sales and Customer service also I make it a habit to acknowledge, Emphasize and
Reassurance to make them feel I am someone who can help and make them very satisfied
customer at the end of the day. I will make sure my enthusiastic and friendly phone voice
help the customer at ease and to calm the agitated callers.
3. Being a Supervisor, I will make sure I gave full support to my reps by knowing the
products and providing new updates and take overs to close specific Sales and make the
customers satisfied.
4. As a Team Leader, I possess leadership skills where I can manage up to 14 agents.
Being a leader I motivate my agents to keep their job, remind them with targets for them
to get incentives. Also need to motivate agents to lower the absenteeism and attrition in
order to reach the daily target.
5. I am highly competitive person. As a leader I am very flexible and I can easily adapt to
