I am writing to apply for any position I qualified for based on my experience and expertise. I possess 2 years of experience as a customer service and sales Representative, 1 year of experience as a Sales and customer service Supervisor and 2 years’ experience as Team Leader and enjoy the variety of work the job brings each day. I am a quick study and welcome challenges as well. As a detailed oriented and organized professional I take pride in completing assignments on time and with accuracy. I can type 60 words per minute and possess excellent communication skills both written and verbal. I would love the opportunity to transfer these skills to your Company.

1. As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, I will make sure that I know the product that I will offer so I would be able to persuade the customer and able to rebut if the customers decline. It is also important to know the needs of the customer by asking open ended questions that way we would know exactly what specific products we can provide.
2. As a Sales and Customer service also I make it a habit to acknowledge, Emphasize and Reassurance to make them feel I am someone who can help and make them very satisfied customer at the end of the day. I will make sure my enthusiastic and friendly phone voice help the customer at ease and to calm the agitated callers.
3. Being a Supervisor, I will make sure I gave full support to my reps by knowing the products and providing new updates and take overs to close specific Sales and make the customers satisfied.
4. As a Team Leader, I possess leadership skills where I can manage up to 14 agents. Being a leader I motivate my agents to keep their job, remind them with targets for them to get incentives. Also need to motivate agents to lower the absenteeism and attrition in order to reach the daily target.
5. I am highly competitive person. As a leader I am very flexible and I can easily adapt to changes, I will drive numbers and aim for positive results to make sure my Team will be on top at the end of the month.
