Whether it was troubleshooting a complicated technical issue or walking someone through the basics, I always made it my goal to leave every customer feeling heard and supported. I also learned how to stay calm under pressure and work efficiently, especially when dealing with high-volume calls or complicated service requests.

My time at Amazon introduced me to the fast-paced world of e-commerce, where I gained valuable insight into how a global company manages customer satisfaction at such a large scale. I worked on handling customer inquiries, addressing issues, and finding solutions that fit both the company’s policies and the customer’s needs. The experience showed me the importance of attention to detail and how one small action can make a huge difference in a customer’s overall experience.
