- · Troubleshoot hardware and software errors by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing problems, and assessing impact of issues.
- · Manage and ensure effectiveness of security solutions, including firewalls, anti-virus solutions, and Virtual Private Networks.
- · Configure network VLAN on Cisco switches.
- · Monitor client backups using Datto and Veeam, and respond to alerts and system error messages.
- · Track and respond to client requests using ConnectWise products such as Manage, Automate, and Control.
