Iuliana Geanina Ceapa

As a native of Romania, I received a comprehensive bilingual education, I will be graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration in tourism, commerce and services, this year, July 2020; and I'm fluently bilingual in written as well in oral English and my native language, Romanian. My customer service experience will help a lot your Company, assisting people with care and respect, I'm not afraid of questions and stressful situations, I will do everything in my power to help people.

My involvement as a Senior Receptionist has prepared me to be able to recognizing the most appropriate methods to deal with all kind of people. I'm a communicative, fast-learner, compassionate, driven and I know that I can grow along with the Company. I know that I don't have experience like a remote employee, but I am a fast-learner.

Right now I moved from Romania in Italy because of my personal life and I really want to work like a remote worker.
