With a solid foundation in Computer Science and a commitment to continuous learning through my Master’s in Information Technology, I have built a dynamic career that spans across diverse roles and industries. Over the past four years at Parkway, I have excelled in dual roles as a Product Manager and Business Development Manager, where I have honed my skills in agency banking, collection services, and IGR collections for government agencies and Federal University teaching hospitals.

My experience in agency banking has been multifaceted, involving everything from server configurations to biller setup on our mobile app. I’ve also led training sessions, managed teams, and provided first-level support to ensure seamless operations. These responsibilities required not just technical acumen, but also strong leadership and communication skills, which I have developed and refined over time.

In addition to my work at Parkway, my career began with two and a half years of experience in the commercial banking sector, where I worked as a Direct Sales Agent and Transaction Officer. These roles provided me with a deep understanding of the financial industry and customer relations, which I’ve carried forward into my work at Parkway.

My academic background in Computer Science has been the bedrock of my technical expertise, while my ongoing Master’s in Information Technology keeps me at the cutting edge of industry trends and innovations. I have also earned two certifications in Product Management, which have equipped me with the tools to drive product success and meet business goals. Additionally, an online course in Business Intelligence has expanded my analytical capabilities, enabling me to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Recently, I was honored with an Award of Excellence by our sister company—a recognition that speaks to my dedication, hard work, and impact within the organization.

As I continue to grow and evolve in my career, I remain passionate about leveraging my skills to drive innovation, improve processes, and contribute to the success of any team or organization I am a part of. My journey has been one of continuous learning and development, and I look forward to the exciting challenges and opportunities that lie ahead.
