I have experience as a Concierge Level 2 M365 Technical Support Engineer who analyzes, troubleshoots, and resolves technical problems with Office 365 workloads in the concierge space. I have experience working with and supporting the Microsoft 365 suite. As an M365-support engineer, I constantly have series of clients who raises different issue ranging from billing to Outlook connectivity issues, to OneDrive syncing errors, collaboration on Teams, and SharePoint etc. Regardless of each situation being unique, there are processes and policies to guide in the resolution of the issues while still ensuring I deliver excellent customer experience. I manage acute problems by setting client expectations, devising, and implementing action plans, and communicating professionally with all parties involved.
