👋 Hi my name is Ish! I'm a Product Designer based in Seattle with a Bachelor's in Human Centered Design & Engineering. I've designed for Microsoft, Indeed, First American, and more! I'm passionate about using user-centered design principles to develop data-driven solutions that create direct & meaningful impact!

👩‍💻 As the lead Product Designer & Researcher for my project @ Microsoft, I spearheaded the redesign of the support page, leveraging innovative strategies to enhance personalization. Through meticulous research and iterative design, I successfully implemented personalization features across 15+ screens, reducing user workload by 25%.

👩‍💻 Previously, I was a Product Design intern @ Indeed, where I designed an internal web tool for Product Managers to track user drop off rates across the company. My design tool was implemented and used across 5+ platform teams at Indeed, streamlining their workload. I collaborated closely with Product Managers, Researchers, and Developers to make tracking data easier and more convenient!
