I've been in the customer service industry for about 4-5 years for international companies such as Uber, Hilton Hotel Worldwide, Budget Prepay.
During my years as a customer service I've handled hundreds of thousands of inquiries and have learned a lot. The scope of my duties are handling inbound and outbound calls, email and chat. From booking reservations online, processing applications, data entry, answering queries regarding their service, calling necessary department regarding an on-going issue, updating their profile, are some of my work just to name a few. Systems or tools used were Telemetry, Zoiper, LiveOps, Zendesk, Oracle and Bliss. I'm an expert on MS Office and Google Products. My average typing speed is at 40-45 words per minute.
