I have over ten years of experience working remotely. I started working remotely in 2012. My first employers were mostly eCommerce clients. For these clients, I would upload products onto their websites and do search engine optimization through keyword research, content writing, linking, and adding tags.

In 2017 I expanded my resume and started working for other types of employers and not just eCommerce clients. Since 2017, I have worked for four companies. The first company I worked for was an event company called Lew & Dowski LLC, based in Boston. This company sells event tickets to the US market.

My role in this company was buying event tickets in bulk and pricing them until they were all sold out. Daily, I would monitor competitor ticket prices to see if there were any price fluctuations. Based on price fluctuations, I would then adjust our ticket prices to match those of the competition and the overall market. To this day, I still collaborate with this company whenever they need extra hands.

The second company I worked for is a tech company called Invisible technologies based in San Francisco. My work in this company was that of what they call a builder. A builder is more of an administrator that is highly skilled in things to do with research and overall business administration. I worked for this company for 5 months. 

The third company I worked for is a software company called Videoremix. It is based in Boston and sells marketing software. My primary role in this company was customer service. I would attend to customers through the Intercom platform and would also be involved in webinars whenever we were launching or refurbishing a software. I would handle customer tickets mostly through chat and sometimes via video calls using the zoom software. 

The fourth and most recent company that I've worked for is a company that goes by the name Pretty Perfect Studio. It is based in Tennesee and sells custom canvas art on eCommerce platforms such as Amazon and Etsy. I was working as their customer support and administrative assistant.

From my education and work experience, I have gained lots of skills. I am proficient in Microsoft office applications and cloud-based platforms like Zoho business applications, TeamViewer, and slack. I've got leadership and training skills, marketing skills, customer service skills, accounting and financial skills, eCommerce website administration skills, and search engine optimization skills. In eCommerce, I am very familiar with Shopify, Magento, and woo-commerce.
