Took over Eterna constitution road and was able to increase its sales from 2,000 litres daily to an average of 9-10 thousand litres.
Worked with and mentored a team of 16 staff, some of which are now station managers.
Cut the cost of delivery by sourcing products on the tarmac. This increased profits.
Controlled traffic within and outside the forecourt, hence making us accident-free for 2 years.
Coordinating activity of staff including customer service, spot checks, stock taking, stock purchasing, procurement, and logistics/transportation.

Streamed Rainoil Abak Road, Uyo, and was able to boost sales, from 900 litres daily when we commissioned, to an average of 8 – 9,000 litres.
Employed and trained staff to learn best practices for working in customer care, their customer satisfaction helped us retain customers and gain new ones through word-of-mouth marketing by the old ones.
Reduced downtime due to electricity issues by servicing our generator on time and also always in the good books of our state electricity company to avoid power shutdown.
Made the supply chain seamless by having a good rapport with our depot representatives, manager, and drivers. As a result, we never ran out of a product which may lead to a loss of customers because we had competitors around us. We became the number 1 service station on Abak road within months.
