Over the years, I’ve worked with various clients around the globe. My past roles include lead generation using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and processing paperwork for Australian superannuation accounts. I’ve also had hands-on experience in the BPO industry—handling inbound calls for a towing company, conducting medical pre-qualifications, and managing donation invoice processing.
Most recently, I’ve taken on more advanced responsibilities in project management and legal operations. I served as an intake specialist and quality assurance analyst for a legal marketing firm, where I verified client qualifications, ensured accuracy in intake forms and retainers, and managed documentation using Streamline, powered by Go High Level. I'm also familiar with final billing processes and setting up automated workflows in Go High Level.
