I have more than 3 years of experience as a customer service representative where I handle sales, promotions, and order inquiries. 

We also gather their information before receiving and processing their orders to avoid any problems such as customized orders, and other queries. 

As well as answering questions such as delivery status and payment concerns.

Additionally, I also have experience working as a collections specialist, Where I assist customers with their past-due payments, updating their accounts, and maintaining their credit scores.

I'm currently working in Office Beacon as a VA then I transferred to Order Entry Specialist where we are processing a sample request, answering inquiries email and voice also doing some quotation with EQP.
