I am open and easy flowing. I tend to explore things differently especially if I am new to it, but nevertheless, even if I know the certain task, I still explore and navigate further. I usually find special ways on how to make work fast and done accurately. For now, I have a lot of experience when it comes to customer service support. I have been with the industry for more or less 6 years now. Through this experience, I have gained a lot of knowledge and skills especially when it comes to speaking and listening. I have improved my English speaking skill; I can talk to natives now, and can somewhat easily explain myself. I want to satisfy customers in a way of helping them by answering their queries and concerns. It gratifies me if I am able to assist them with regard to their problems- especially if it is a complicated and complex one.
Currently, I am starting to be more adventurous and travel around. As I learned, that the best teacher is experience; experiencing outside the four walls of every office maybe a good chance to discover more.
During my past time or leisure time, I enjoy hanging out with friends, watching movies, and cooking (trying) different dishes. Also, I am learning a new hobby which is swimming as I dream of riding a cruise ship and surfing.
