I am Irish. I am working as a Data entry specialist wherein we are working with clients to enter job order requests by the account managers that we reach out to through the MS team's video calling, emailing, and chats.

I am a self-motivated professional that thrives on innovation and overcoming challenges, learning new skills, and encouraging growth in those around me.

I am passionate and hard-working. I am a very fast learner and I always do my job as excellent as possible. I can easily understand and follow instructions very well. I have always made quality my top priority while also balancing a large quantity of work. I am experienced with Google sheets, MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint but always open to learning new tools if there are different ones you prefer to work with. I worked at IQOR as a CSR and was ranked as one of the top performers, from there I

have served as an agent for how many years handling T-Mobile, I have handled inquiries, and provided resolutions to customers from the United States. Then I got promoted because I was always excelling and was always part of the Top Agents. From there I listened to agents’ calls, monitored them remotely, did side by side and recorded evaluations, gave feedback to agents, and upload their evaluations to our portal. From there I acquired my skill of being keen on details. From there I have led teams, conducted training for newly onboarded agents, handled and led pre and post-shift huddles also did evaluations, uploaded evaluations, gave feedback to agents, coached agents, and created action steps for them to excel in their performance.

I also worked at PSG Global as a senior recruiter and became an admin coordinator. From there I acquired the skill to do my job in a matter of seconds excellently since we are expected to give quality work (no data entry errors), making sure our work is accurate and completed in a timely manner.
