I worked with IBM for more than 5 years as part of customer service team from processing orders to invoicing, through emails and phone calls. I was also part of Media Simplified, a digital marketing agency as their Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter doing cold calling to potential clients. Currently working as an online ESL tutor for more than a year now. I'm a team player who is passionate, hardworking and open for feedback and constructive criticisms. I am looking for day shift role part-time or full-time (closer to PH time or AU time zone). I'm also willing to be trained and can work under pressure.
