I have been in IT industry for 10 years as Test Engineer. I am fortunate to have worked in big companies that cater different services. First with Lexmark which is a product development company focuses on printing and imaging products, second was with NCR which is also a product development company which focus on consumer transaction technologies. Third was with Tieto , a Nordic software and services company and lastly is with Nokia which is a telecom company.
Recently I moved to different role outside testing. My current role is Fault Coordinator, in which the responsibilities are to monitor the quality of the fault, helping in escalated discussions related to faults encountered internally and real environment, keeping track of fault reported to our project group, developing and maintaining daily fault reports, providing customer responses related to faults reported and assisting project manager when the fault correction time gets close to deadline.
I am a self- motivated, good team player and flexible in changing environment that makes me easy to along with those results to good work ethics. Always selected for training abroad because managers believe that I have the right attitude and good interpersonal skills in which it is important as skills can be learned but right attitude is hard to find.
