I've worked as a customer service representative for almost 6 years handling different accounts such as technical, healthcare, food, and delivery platforms. I have been an e-commerce customer support as well in a company that is based in the USA where we sell wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, ties, and other wedding accessories for 7 months. I am knowledgeable enough in other e-commerce tools such as Shopify, Zendesk, and Gorgias. I am efficient in using online chat, and other e-commerce tools used for communication. In my experience as a customer service representative, I have been a top-performer agent and awarded Account Associate 3 or Agent Level III because of my performance consistency.
