As Director of my own architectural firm, I designed and built many food related businesses, from carts and kiosks to fast food and full service restaurants. Some of my clients were McDonald's, Wendy's, Yogen Früz, TCBY, St. Honoré Bakery and many more.

As a food service consultant, my work scopes from menu design, operation flows study, equipment schedules, kitchen & dining room design, equipment purchasing, construction supervisor and operations manual writing.

As a corporate executive in world-class companies such as TGI Friday's or McDonald's I am an excellent communicator and team builder. I am very used to pursue and meet goals thru team working.

Attached you will find some floor plan drawings I am used to producing. I am very familiar with Autocad 2D views. I am also Sketchup proficient.
