I worked as an executive assistant for four years where I managed the CEO’s schedule, responded to emails, phone calls, and messages through different platforms, organized and kept files, scheduled meetings and prepared materials for such, coordinated with other office departments, and organized events such as book and music album launches as well as music and arts festivals. I also worked as an online ESL teacher for over a year where I taught English to Japanese students online. I had to motivate and boost students’ confidence in conversing and submit lesson memos and sound files on time. I was also a beach resort manager for seven years and my main duties included ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exemplary customer service from bookings up to their departure. This job also required me to handle a group of employees, evaluating their performance while making sure their needs are met as well. I was also in charge of handling customer complaints. My diverse and vast experience of 12 years in different industries equipped me with more than enough hard and soft skills required in relevant fields.
