I can say that I have extensive experience in phone/email support. I can easily adapt to tasks and responsibilities assigned to me with minimum training and I am aware that being a freelancer takes a lot of self-discipline that is why I can work with very minimal supervision. 

I am experienced with GMAIL, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, Zendesk/HelpDesk, MS Word and social media platforms, but I am always open to new learning if there are other tool(s) that you prefer to work with.
