Worked with the finance and strategy teams at Development Bank of Nigeria in two projects to
successfully raise a total debt capital of 75 million Euros.
Developed innovative solutions at Development Bank of Nigeria to increase lending to
financially excluded states in North-East and North-West Nigeria by 200%.
Spear-headed the creation of monthly webinar series and financial radio programmes as a
strategy for brand awareness during Covid-19 lockdown. This mitigated loss of business
opportunities due to restriction on movement as more than 5,000 new accounts were opened.
Collaborated with the I.T department to deploy 4 new digital solutions for increasing customer
base at Meristem namely: MailChimp for bulk emails, Lusha and Sales Navigator for gathering
data on business leads as well as Airtable for tracking conversions.
Leveraged social media platforms especially YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, ‘X’ and LinkedIn
to create brand awareness for Meristem which translated to 30% increase in revenue in year
